Introduction: Social responsibility from an ethical point of view includes the obligations and duties of natural and legal persons towards society and the environment. The moral behavior of people, like understanding of social responsibility, depends on their liberal ideology, beliefs and human values. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to study the relationship between liberalism and human values with the moral understanding of social responsibility. Material & Methods: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population includes the financial managers of the companies admitted to the stock exchange, and the questionnaire was randomly distributed among them and 110 questionnaires were received. The sampling method is random. The research tool is a questionnaire and multivariate regression using SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Results: The research results show that human values based on public interest have a significant and positive relationship with the moral understanding of social responsibility. But the thinking of liberalism does not have a meaningful relationship with the moral understanding of social responsibility. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, human values based on public interest can be considered as a tool to strengthen the moral behavior of company managers regarding corporate social responsibility. Also, improving the thinking of liberalism in managers can strengthen their social responsibility. In this case, the policy makers of Stock Exchange can direct the managers of the listed companies to comply more with the social responsibility of the company, through teaching human values and strengthening those values, as well as monitoring the implementation of ethical regulations

More than six decades past since the important and everlasting work of Edwin H. Sutherland, The famous professor of penal sociology in the U.S.A, entitled "white-collar crime", has been published. Sutherland explained this topic in terms of its importance for the civil society of the U.S.A, and opened a new way which was later pursued by the celebrated criminologists. From the criminologists point of view, white- collar criminals who have no ethical conscience, enjoy high ability to commit a crime on one hand, and their conformitibility is in a high level on the other hand. This point expresses the probable harms of these good- looking criminals and their dangerous state. White- collar criminals belong to high social classes, they enjoy power and effectual influence. They commit crimes such as fraud, embezzlement, bribery, forgery, abuse of credit cards, efc. In Sutherlands definition, "white-collar crime" is a crime committed by a person of high status in the course of occupation. They are called white - collar criminals, because of their plausible face, public reputation, intelligence and being under social acceptability. The effects of their criminal acts are in a manner, which their results predominantly remain for a long time. However , its necessary to study the white- collar crimes whit respect to their destructive effects on communities through a comprehensive approach, especially from criminologicaly aspects.

The main goals of this research is to examine and analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on public security. This study seeks to answer the question of how AI technology can contribute to the improvement of public security. To this end, three online focus group sessions were conducted with experts in the field of artificial intelligence who are also familiar with public security issues. During these sessions, the research question was discussed, and the various perspectives of the experts on the applications of artificial intelligence in public security were gathered and summarized. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence, as one of the most advanced technologies of our time, can play a significant role in enhancing public security. This technology, with its extensive capabilities, can substantially contribute to achieving public security in six key ways: more accurate and faster decision-making, improved monitoring and surveillance, active crisis management, more effective communication coordination, better resource allocation, and the automation of processes.

The topic of the current research was public relations and artificial intelligence: the requirements and effects of artificial intelligence on the public relations of Saderat Bank of Iran. The current research is an analytical survey, the statistical population of which includes 473 academic experts who were recognized as experts in the field of research. Among them, using Cochran's formula, 212 people were considered as samples. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used in data analysis. The obtained results showed that in the discussion of prioritizing the requirements, the strategic, behavioral and contextual elements with coefficients of 0.98, 0.84 and 0.94, respectively, can explain the requirements for the implementation of artificial intelligence in the development of public relations, and the priority of the elements is 1) strategic , 2) contextual and 3) behavioral. The findings showed that in the discussion of prioritizing the effects, the elements of decision-making, competitiveness and innovation can explain the effects of implementing artificial intelligence in the development of public relations with coefficients of 0.54, 0.62 and 0.57, respectively. Therefore, it can be said that the priority of the elements are 1) competitiveness, 2) innovation and 3) decision making. The results of the path analysis showed that artificial intelligence investment has an impact on the development of public relations with a path coefficient of 0.32 and a t-statistic value of 4.42.
